Collections at the Seamus Heaney Centre

The Seamus Heaney Centre has been the home for developing writers at Queen’s since it was established in 2004. The Centre holds a small archive that both reflects its ongoing work in the field of creative writing and Seamus Heaney’s legacy from his time at Queen’s. Our collections fall into four main categories: The Seamus Heaney Broadcast Archive, Ciaran Carson’s Working Library, the Poetry Library, and items relating to the Centre’s work.

The Poetry Library is currently only available to students and staff affiliated with the Seamus Heaney Centre.
